Getting Your Computer Fixed Is Simple
Four steps, no runaround.
We Diagnose It
We check your computer to find the problem. Diagnostics run $95–$195 depending on depth — you approve the range at drop-off, and any fix we can finish in that time is included. Parts are extra.
You Approve the Price
You approve the exact price before any bigger repair.
Pick It Up
Pick it up fixed. Most repairs are paid at pickup — a few jobs are paid up front, like data recovery and special-order parts (screens and the like). We'll always tell you before you commit.
